Nico and his team were with us every step of the way. Not just with us, but ahead of us as we navigated a move from Pennsylvania to a full time residence in Naples. He was always available by text, phone and in person. He did his homework and found the perfect community and home for us. He is familiar with the SWFL area. He used his negotiating skills to get us the best sales agreement. His team was very positive and people oriented. Their knowledge of the area is unsurpassed.

Fantastic, Nicholas was very attentive to what we wanted and did a great job making recommendations.And the rest of his team was terrific. When we were struggling with our original realtor, Nicholas gave us some great ideas about how to approach the new market strategy. His team did a great job taking care of the house and taking great pictures and showing us what buyers are focused on at this point especially in our community.
